What Clients Have to
Say About Karin's Coaching Workshops:
Karin's presentation was great because it
really showed me why I must look at my job through the eyes
of my employer. She gave me concrete examples of how to monitor, measure
and manage the factors that will assist me in keeping my job! I was able to
utilize her handouts the next month when my boss asked me to write my annual
goals and objectives. Karin's style is refreshing and right to the
point - she tailored her examples directly to our group and gave everyone
immediate ideas put into practice at work.

Karin
Combs conducted a learning seminar for ISM Central Ohio on September 26, 2008,
entitled, "Calculating the value of your contributions". During
this seminar we learned the importance of being able to track and demonstrate
value to our employers. This skill is becoming increasingly important in
a time of uncertainty like today. Being able to communicate the value you
bring to your organization and team may be the difference between you staying
and someone else going. Karin illustrated several easy to implement
examples that we could apply to our own situations immediately. The
seminar satisfaction survey's compiled a collective "Very Good" (5's
on a 1 to 5 scale; 5 being Very Good) rating from all attendees. I would
highly recommend Karin to other professionals seeking advise on demonstrating
their value.
